Is it right? Should i suffer the consequences of not my actions or should i ask for justice.

Hello good citizens. I am here in dire need of help and your word of advice would help me take some action or atleast lift a heavy weight out of my heart. I was recently fired from an upcoming overhyped fashion company for actually being a good employee but not a good "yes woman". The recent strategy for actually removing me was set in motion when a certain person from the management didnt like me not ignoring his advances of asking me to coming to the office parties which mind you was not just absolutely unproductive and waste of my time but also was not actually " legal " in terms of what was going on in there. Blamed me for being a unproductive unethical and more over a unlikable person and created the same environment around me by saying the same derogatory things behind me to my collegues which 2 of my closest ones confided in me. Even came to a point to wrongfully blaming me for stealing office property and when asked to investigate, didnt take any action. now after a year of going bearing thru this and travelling everyday for 20 kms one way i had enough and asked to have a meeting regarding my mental health but you would guess right, they didnt talk to about it and straight away gave me a jab by saying " its better you leave the company for your own good". By the way the CEO is amazing person but the people he has hired just because they were family are the ones actually manipulating things and putting the distrust in his ears for certain employees. Came to this stage where there was an incident of miss behaviour towards the girls in the office was un noticed but more than a rumour has it that the alleged office collegue who has a secret relationship with the top management who just for info is married, complains regarding it and suddenly the issue made it to the top of the agenda that day. seriously this was never expected that such people actually hold a position of authority and are tasked to run the company and help the employees grow and none of the these checkboxes were ticked by said management. please help as to what do i do. PS: i was already sent a legal notice but they fired me as soon as they heard about it.
