Hi, I was defrauded and cheated by a guy I met through the Jeevansathi app. We connected through this app, and I talked to this guy for 5-6 months. Later, he decided to meet me. He seemed nice when he was talking, and he completely made me trust him. After talking for 5-6 months, he came to my city to meet me. He asked me to stay with him as he was new in my city, and I agreed that I can stay with him during the daytime, as I'm staying along with my parents. After 2-3 days, everything seemed nice, and I fully trusted him. On the 3rd day, he approached me for a kiss, and I gave him consent, hoping for marriage. Later, he completely got physical with me, and when I asked him for marriage, he said, 'Of course, I'll get married to you.' By giving this commitment verbally, he used me. On the 4th day, he took advantage of me, as I was completely drunk. After staying 4-5 days with him, he left for his place somewhere in Uttar Pradesh. He said he would meet me again after 20-25 days when he goes to Canada, as he was working there and was from India. After all this, he started ignoring me, and I tried reaching out to him multiple times, but he didn’t reply to me at all. It gave me intense pain and mental trauma, and I got the feeling that he used me physically by giving false hope of marriage. After chasing him for 15-20 days, he came back, saying he didn’t like me and didn’t want to tell me earlier because I would get hurt. Hence, he didn’t tell me, and he blocked me from everywhere, deactivating all his social IDs when I told him that I would report him to the police. Now he is doing the same thing to other girls. What should I do? How should I file a complaint against him for using and betraying me? I am mentally depressed and experiencing mental trauma. Please help me! Also, what if he is in Canada?
