About a false stalking case.

Dear Sir, . My name is Altaf, m 24 yrs old. There is a girl aged 16 yr old staying besides me. We had been friends for the past 1.5 yrs, throughout these long time she had been going into relationships with 2-3 guys & as a friend i always did give her good advices for her betterment, but to be faithful on occasions i did gave her some bad words as she was not changing herself. . Now suddenly she had put a case on me with the help of her father. The police official were not even ready to hear a single word of mine, i was in a custody for 1 night & was booked under IPC 354D & 506 for threatening to kill her which is jst a false matter. I had spent 12 days in Sub jail & right now m out on bail & m told to stay away from my district untill.chargesheet is filed. . I m actually carrying proofs that can prove that i never threatened to kill her, nor did i forced her to have a relationship, nor did i followed her. As these is the case they had filed. Now the point is that a day before the case was filed i was angry as the girl said her cousins & her bf that i was blackmailing her. I was so frustrated that i called her & said m coming to ur dad as soon as he arrives. Bcoz she was spoiling my name. Next day i got a call from the police station that the girl & her father had filed a complaint against me. . Sir, i know the clear reason behind this, the girl was afraid that i may come to her father & her character will be open to her father, the next point is that she is showing her father that the boy who is actually her bf is her friends brother & that he had helped her out of all this, she is trying to make a good image of her bf as a helper in front of her father. . please sir, give me advice to prove myself & get out of this.
