Chit amount not paid

Hi i am asha from chennai, i have been joined and paying chit like 5 lak with one lady near by, in covid time due to health issue and lost the job, started new tiffen center. i couldnt paid properly almost 12 lak i have to pay but i have paid almost 7.5 lak, balance i have to pay but fits problem i not in regular office, but i took 1 lak for 7% interest from that lady reference and i have taken and given to that lady, that time they took sign from Antiband letter and blank cheque from us. after paying 1 lak she didnt gave my document, she said she is given to that lady which i have to give balance amount, so i filed a complaint near by and took CSR copy. but from police station no action, they also not collected and gave my documents, that lady filed a wrong complaint i have to give 12 lak, i have all proof and i have submitted in police station, i have written till 7 to 8 month i have to give amount i will give properly, but i am not paid chit amount due to health issue, after one year she have given complaint against me what should i do, know need proper guidence
