Case against my father using cuss words,when my beside plot owner encroaching the road

I sincerely request you to read all the matter.
My father has objected illegal encroachment beside our home with the land owner and abused them with cuss words which was not intentional..and those words are "As you're doing this type of illegal things with your money and power your children and grand children will get affected by this" and it was secretly recorded in the camera by land owner and Land owner registered a FIR in police station after 1 month(cause the post made in twitter made highlight two months later),pressurized my father to with draw the complaint from municipal office and to delete the tweets made in twitter in may 2023 to the respective then muncipal minister KTR,and secretary of municipal administration...As municipality of shamshabad responded to the tweet and stopped the construction then this land owner with the influence in politics went and registered this case 1 month later,and threatened to withdraw complaint in municipal office and delete posts from twitter...As my father was in no position to deal with big people he with drew everything and deleted tweets..Which resulted in construction of the building nearly 5 floors(apartment)..I just want to know personally the consequence of this..
447,341,506,504IPC sections were booked on my father....I agree with the statement given by landowner to the police that my father had used cuss words but he also mentioned my father did it to loot money from him so my father trespassed his land...But my father never intended to loot money...He just wanted them to not construct by encroaching road as that will be a problem for our house in now and future...And I came to know this about FIR details recently as I was just seeing my father's mobile without his consent...
When we bought this plot of 169sqyard in 2019 he showed road of 30ft north and 25 ft east...But in 2023 may he totally encroached the road nearly of 500sq yards area and other 700 sqyards are plots and started constructing on it...How can we tackle this situation in court..The case was registered in July 2023 and the hearing is in June 2024...They dragged this case this long to keep my father calm on this issue and to raise building in this year as fast as possible.. and and the building needs to be demolished so that we could get road beside our home and in this area the building can be constructed only G+3 floors maximum but he is constructing G+5 as our area comes under 111GO in telanagana
