Regarding obc non creamy layer certificate

Respected Sir, I have the honour to request the following facts regarding clarification of my doubt that is whether my daughter belongs to Non-Creamy Layers or not? I hell from the state of Bihar and belongs to “YADAV” cast which comes under Backward class. I am an Ex-serviceman and served as Group ‘C’ Employee in Indian Air Force.Presently I am drawing monthly pension of Rs. 40,500/- i.e. Rs. 4,86,000/- per annum. I further request that after discharge from the service as Group ‘C’ employee at the age of 41 years, I have joined Public Sector Bank (Government owned) as a Clerical staff, thereafter at the age of 43 Years I have been promoted to JMG Scale-I, which is equivalent to Group “A” of central government employee. Presently I am drawing salary of Rs. 1,20,000/- Per month i.e. Rs. 14,40,000/- per annum. My income from other source is about ZERO. I therefore request you kindly clarify my doubt whether my daughter will belongs to Non-Creamy Layers or not for issuance of Other Backward Class certificate.
