Is justice is reserved for me ?

I met a woman on dating app. Her career was not good and can’t go back to family and was in trauma on past relationship. I suggested her some courses conversation went ahead as she can’t find training center she moved to my town and I helped her to find ladies PG and all, introduced her to my family as well. We used to meet everyday after my work to have coffee and we even started going morning walk. On a festival eve we went on a trip to another city and we explored places for 3days over the days we got intimate but no intercourse and all. Soon after reaching back she started to msg and blame me for everything and even came to home and stated shouting, hit me 2times, I was thrown out of house due to this. I raised a complete in cyber cell with all msg’s and details as I was scared of going to police station. Later a week I went back home to cope up with family, she again came and asked me to delete all travel photo and apologise. I didn’t apologise and I deleted her photos. I said I will go to police if you harass me again. Later a week she again came started saying I m sexually abused her. I went to police station near by and written a complaint, after sometime i got call from another police station to come there. I went to wrong police station as per my location jurisdiction. She was there and complained that I was going to her PG and annoying her. I defended and explained everything and showed photo of travel (I was having backup). They ask both of us to write a statement and sign saying we wont communicate each other anymore. Police gave her some NOC paper nothing given to me. After 2 weeks two police came to my home and take me with them , the police was from location where we went trip, she have given sexual harassment case against me but not confirming to file FIR. I defended with all msgs and photos to police my family also came and explained all. Police ask her to bring her family or else file FIR against me. She didn’t agree for both she wanted apology from me and money. My family was in police station and my emotional state force me to end this all. I personally apologise to her and keeping a public witness I gave her 10k rupees which was taken in written statement. She left with NOC from police station. The complaint is again is like I was following her and annoying her. We moved from current place due to defame and her consistent visit. Now thinking of it all I feel bad and I was attacked and exorted Another side parents are feeling less stress and peaceful. Please advise.
