Section 376 2n and Section 313

A guy I met on matrimony website said that he liked me and wants to marry me and I liked him too, he tricked me into a physical relationship on this promise of marriage but I was not aware of his true intention which was just to use me until he finds the right match for himself. After many months of relationship, one day he said let's break up as his family has chosen a girl for him within his caste and I am from different caste due to which both our families had hesitation. I asked him for court marriage many times but he refused always. I convinced my family yet he got engaged with other girl. I had also conceived twice during this period and he forced me to abort. I filed FIR and next day he said that he will cancel marriage with other girl and basis that I did the formalities for cancelling FIR. But he got married to the other girl and now police is saying they have submitted my cancellation details in court so they can't do anything. Court date for my final statement is 3 months later. What can I do?
