Illegal abortion

Respected sirs/Madams, Sir I am totally broke please help me find a solution for this… we are into a healthy marriage from past 8 years but without kids.. I always console my wife for that . But now the story is different… we had love marriage as my wife was from North Karnataka and myself from Mysore. As opinion and caste were different girl family rejected the proposal. we married against their wish and had healthy married life.. so I decided to adopt a baby one day when I said this idea to my wife she started crying uncontrollably and said a truth which was unknown to me till date. At starting point of marriage we had some small misunderstandings at that time she missed her parents and one day without my knowledge she left my place alone and I got a call from her limit police station that I should not interfere nor go near her house.. After ten days she gave me call from unknown number and said me I am being kept alone and called me for the location.. I went took her from that place and brought her back…As she was kept with far aunt. Now she says that when she had left our house and reached her parents house. She had shared that she was 8 weeks pregnant and I don’t know that.Her mom said okay and after two days With her aunt she took her to a Gynaecologist saying to check the child’s condition and the Gynaecologist checked her and said everything will be okay and gave some medicine on prescription which her mother brought from medical and said to have it and abortion was successful 😭😭😭… I don’t know on whom to file a case now my wife or their parents. I don’t have a single document with me saying my wife was pregnant at that time ( 6 years earlier)How do I punish them 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
