Owner has deducted almost all the money from our security deposit

We rented a flat in Bangalore and the owner asked us to pay 1,50,000 as security deposit. The rent of the house was 32,500. It was a fully furnished and there was bit damage just to the sofa cover and to wall curtains. When we were asking around the interior designers they said both the things can be completely replaced with new things within 25k and it ca maximum go upto 30k. And while leaving we cleaned the complete house and took recording of each and everything and informed them as well. After one month they replied with all unnecessary deductions like they charged 45k Just for sofa cover and for curtains he charged 16k. When we left there was light which was working as expected and we have it on video on the day we left as well but they sent someone for inspection after many days and it wasn’t working so they charged 1200 for that as well. Also they have charged 1800 geysers servicing. It was never mentioned in the agreement about the gyser servicing neither they handed us the house by doing that. We paid 4k to completely clean the house but their new tenant shifted after a month and they requested to clean it so they charged 7k fpr that as well. They are not giving any bills with proper GST number or anything and when we asked them for proper bill they said we only have the quotation and this how much you have to bear. They have taken all the premium services with our money. What shall we do in this situation, kindly suggest
