Fraud by my school's organisation

So, I work at a Government Aided school(Private but aided by Government) As a hindi teacher at Selu.parbhani. Our managing member of the organisation of the school has taken lakhs of bribes of people in order to provide them jobs in the school. For now there is no requirement of new teachers in the school. But the managing organisation is now forcing the principles to sign their appointment letters. 2 former principles have already resigned from the post and are now serving as teachers. As there is no principle ,we didnt got our salaries since 2 months. Since i am one of the senior teacher in the school I have been ordered to become the new principle for sometime(3 months). I have agreed to become the principle under following circumstances. I will only sign on student admission/TC/marksheets documents and employee’s salary related documents. I will not sign on any appointment letters. I am not responsible for any decisions taken by former principles. I will only serve on the post for 3 months as proposed by the organisation. I may make a bond paper with all the points mentioned. On a second thought I may also make my mind to reject the proposal to become the principle.
