Salary unpaid during maternity leave

I have queries regarding an ongoing maternity (labour law) case that I've filed against my ex-company This company did not pay me a salary for 26 weeks during which I was on maternity leave. This company's head office is in Telangana and I was employed with them in their Bangalore branch (I'm a Bangalore resident) between May 2017-June 2019. They closed their office a year later meanwhile I did not get any response from them on my follow ups for maternity salary. I waited enough and resigned in June 2019 for which again I did not get any response on my resignation acceptance or experience letter. I filed a case in July 2020 and the current status is that they are trying to move the case to Telangana. Instead of getting justice I'm being done more wrong. My lawyer says that we need to submit proof that they had an office in Bangalore, I don't understand why because they are not denying the fact that they had an office in Bangalore or I was employed there. My lawyer says we have been given time till 8th Feb to provide such proof if not the case will be moved to Telangana but when i open the case in the ecourtservices app it says no representation from the plaintiff. When asked about the same I'm not getting a satisfactory answer from my lawyer. Is this case going in the right direction? I cannot travel to Telanagan to fight this case. Should a labour law case take 4 years? Can someone guide me how to proceed?
