False rape accusation + blackmailing using matrimony laws

This happened in London as I am an NRI. I met this girl (Indian) using a matrimony app. One thing lead to another and we had sex 3 times. I invited her and she came promptly. She's a virgin. Instance 2: She was having periods. She did oral on me, no penetration. She said "Later" as she was tired. But she never told me. She's saying she did. She says she felt "Forced" because of this. Instance 3: She came over and we had sex (penetration). She had bleeding, I assumed its cause she was a virgin. Later on we came to know that she had an injury and we went to a doctor together. So medical record is there. She did confirm everything was consensual during the doctor visit and even on texts. In midst of all this, I realized there were so many red flags from her that I decided to break up with her and block her. She went ahead and called the London police (No complaint was raised). I had to unblock her after that. She later called the Kerala police and made a call (sent me the recording) wanting to make a complaint (she never did) against me and my parents. She even contacted my dad stating she wants to make a complaint. She did confirm on text, everything was consensual and even the 2nd instance might have been that I haven't heard or there was a misunderstanding on her part. She apparently thought that telling she was on periods should have been enough to discourage me for sex. I am already in talks with London Lawyers. But now coming to the part where I need advice: There was no promise nor even a discussion of marriage during any of these times. 1) If she makes a complaint, would I be in trouble of any sort? 2) Also, for Anticipatory bail, do I need to surrender my passport even though no crime was committed? 3) Anything else I should be aware of?
