Sister mostly manipulated by the guy, ran away with him.

My minor sister(16, currently pursuing her 10th) ran away on 6/11/2023 with a random guy (18+, mostly 22) she meet on Instagram. We live in Hyderabad. After 3 days, she called and our family had a meeting with their family and agreed to have her marry him only if he gets good job etc. and she completes her studies by the time she turns 18. Then again in January (2024) first week she ran away again early in the morning. What can I do? What should we do? What all we can do? And my parents are so frustrated that they are saying to leave her to her demise 🤦🏻‍♂🙆🏻‍♂. Personally, I want to file complaint and have him thrown in jail, but parents don't want to file case as it will spread in the neighborhood as we have been living here since ages and as they are greatly respected her. I mean my parents never hit her once, she had a simple life with no higher expectations at all, we had sooo much trust in her and she did this. We contacted the guy's family as well even they don't know where they are, I'm pretty sure they are conspiring this so that they can have the property she gets. One day we asked if they "DID it" she said yes back in November. I don't understand. Please talk to me, I don't know what to do. Any more details, please ask. I want some advice sir on this matter.
