Neighbours making noise in late night

I am leaving in chawl in Ghatkopar Mumbai. My son needs to be wake up in the morning 6am for school. We normally sleeps at 11pm. Many times neighbours are sitting in chawl/in their house together and doing gossips in loudly manner upto 12-1am. My son is sleeping downstairs and I am sleeping upstairs. Many times their gossips are too loud due to that i am also getting disturbed at upstairs. I had many times told them not to do that and let others sleeps. But every time they are doing agreements and saying will do whatever at our house do whatever you want. I told that due to your loudy gossips son is getting late in the morning. But still they are doing argument. From that neighbors two person from different home are working in Police but still they are doing this argument for their family who are doing this gossips upto late night. Whenever i am doing this argument with well words everytime they are saying that i am talking rubbish/bad words. I am having video recordings as well for their loudly gossips at late night. What shall i do in this case.
