Received a Summon from spl. Metropolitan magistrate

I received a Summon from spl. Metropolitan magistrate recently. The person delivered it to me said it's for a malaria dengue fine. The summon date was 9/1/24 but in that day I had my semester exams so I was not able to visit court. I already mentioned this to the person who delivered the summon to me. He said it's okay you will get a 2nd summon go on that one. Now today 23/1/24 I haven't got any 2nd summon and suddenly got a call. The person said he is from my local police station and i have to go there as there is a warrant (bond something) under my name and I have to pay Rs 5000 for it. And also to bring any neighbour if I can. I contacted the person who delivered the summon to me and he advised to visit the spl. MM office. I went their and they took a copy of my adhar card and my sign on a document. And told me to come at 11am next day and bring 2-5k. Now I'm worried what to do. I am a college going student and cannot afford such high fine also I'm worried sick about the police call. Please suggest and help.
