Not Giving The Payment

I gave 3 item worth 7000,5000,8000=20000 including my profit of 3000 on each item and sold them to my customer on credit on 21 december 2023 and draw a bill on him which should be paid by 31december 2023 sent him the bill he told he didn't check which he lied and took all the items used it and after asking for money on due date he didn't pickup my call and blocked me on and on the same day meet me at the party and told that he doesn't has money to pay and was telling that i will only pay 10500 for all 3 items which i declined to take i told that i want my full amount he told me give me sometime as my money comes will pay till 1st january at 1:30am which again he didn't pay i called him 5 times and still my call was declined on 3 january i went to his home to collect my money no one was there at his home told me his small brother and called his big brothers friend and his friend told he was in icu for taking high drugs and even i don't know where he is which he lied the friend with whom i was talking on call used to sell drugs to him and was with him when i met him at the party even his friend told if the not able to pay i will pay u don't worry i jus said anyone of u pay me but as soon as possible the day when i went his home his small brother was alone at home i asked where is your mom to his small brother he told she will come in 30 mins she is gone out after 30 mins when i again went to his house his mom told my son will come and pay u and told me to wait in the compound i waited there for 5 mins his small brother came down saw me and told his family im still waiting at the gate and they all went from home to mall from other gate by locking the home i came home again and try to call him and he didn't pickup my call after few days he called me the guy and told me he was unable to reach and didn't have money to pay me he will now go to the job with his dad and pay the amount in a week but he didn't pay still now and is going out for trips doing drugs and for which he has money and still ignoring me now what should i do he is trying to scam me
