Refund for paid course

Hey respected lawyers, I discovered him ( the accused ) on yt and i kind of liked his content on various aspects mainly related to many making . He was also running his paid server on discord about the same and much more which cost was 3500 so i purchased it via telegram . He sold via two sources telegram and gumroad . I already seen the faq on gumroad site and if you didnt like it you can ask for refund .so after two days i confronted him about the same then he kicked me out of the server immediately. Then i messaged him about the issue then he said i am not that home i will give you back in a voice note he also told me earlier on discord that no problem if you dont like it i will refund you . Then i didnt messaged him for two days but after than i continuously message him for staright 5 days he didnt reply . Then later blocked me i asked myfriend for help then the accused told him he will not get any refund . Then i made a new telegram id and messaged him that i will register cyber complaint on you so kindly return back he said that i didnt deserve the money and was bullshitting about him in the paid server which i didnt and he hasnt any proof of that too. He said do anything i will not give you refund in voice note . Of all said i have proofs like screenshots voice notes of everything . This all set me up in agony i saved around 6k in a year of which 3.5k was spent on nothing What should i do now ?
