To file case on 384, 503, 182, 211, 193, 499

A diversed lady my neighbour came to my contact by messaging me in 2019 and we were exchanging friendly messages. We never met. We were in contact in messages. She took help from me in her new house construction. She was sending flirty messages provoking me. I told her to go for second marriage. After 6 months of contact She then started blackmailing me. She said she has all my messages. She said she will police complaint. She asked gifts. She forced me to buy herbal Life powder from ger every month. Once i purchased by paying through Google pay and returned it without using it. She didn't return the money. She called me and asked for gift. I gave her 10000 as birthday day gift through Google pay. I decided to disconnect from her after 1 &1/2 years of contact. She gave complaint on me under 354D. After filing case next day they came in a mob infront of my house attacked on me and threatened me. She and her father tried to spoil my name by telling our institution head about the case they filed. Case is in court at the evidence stage i have all screenshots. She stopped coming to court. She didn't attend the last two hearings. Now three years over after they filed case on me. Now i want to file case for blackmailing me me me and threatening me under 384 and 503. When can i file case on them under 182 and 211. When can I file case on defamation. She has given false statements under oath in the court. When should i apply under 193. Please guide me.
