Can I file FIR against the man who raped me and left me after promising to marry me ?

It’s been 3 years since the incident and 2 years I have been waiting for him to come back he was already married and he did not disclose that to me until 6 months into the relationship he said we will get married anytime I met his mom and he said sorry after he raped me multiple timesaver the course of one year from 2020 November to 2021 December finally I filed a csr which was closed and due to pressure from peers and police I couldn’t file a rape case against him. now after 2 years I have found some stability and courage I was mentally unwell with 3 suicide attempts and being the only earning member I had no financial support to hire a lawyer. I’m 23 right now the incident occurred when I was 20 after the csr we didn’t meet often and there was no physical relationship but we communicated and he kept giving me hope of marriage even after the CSR but now he left the country he hasn’t been in India for the past two years I m not sure what would be right thing to do at the moment. He hasn’t moved out of his house yet just travelling out of India so my question is can I file an FIR at this point ? I do have screenshots of our conversations and recordings I have lost my hope and dignity my sanity and been visiting psychiatrists counsellors medication for my severe anxiety and depression for 2 years. I would appreciate some advice thank you.
