Need to Quash Charge sheet in IPC 354 A(i), 354 D(i),384, 504,506 r/w 34 of IPC

Hi All I am resident of Bengaluru City I was falsely implicated in a criminal case by a woman and a man who both acted as colleagues working in a garments company and created a scene in a village and I was handed over to the concerned police station and went to police station to give complaint and constable and other police station officials created a different scene that I had asked for the price of the lady etc., as it was Saturday night told to come on next day morning without giving any acknowledgement or endorsement for my complaint and later next day I got a call from police station and police constable to come to police station as Police Inspector is calling and immediately after the entry to police station the officials abused , assaulted and given torture and filed a case of the IPC sections 354 A(i), 354 D(i),384, 504,506 r/w 34 of IPC along with my name and created a story of meeting their aunt who had called the lady while she was working along with the man etc., while to visit she kept an X amount I and along withy friend had assualted with the sexual intention had asked for her rate etc.police had sente for the judicial custody and I came out of bail within few days, one year later I was chargesheeted for the above offences there is no much material evidence. Mean while in the same year i had given a complaint to NHRC for the false implications, custodial torture etc., I had proved the custodial torture against the erring officials in the year 2021, Addl SP report lady and the man had agreed they both along with police constables went to the police station I too came to the police as there is contrary to the compliant given and a statement given to the Addl. SP a year later of the complaint and compensation was paid of Rs.50 thousand and disciplinary action against 11 police officials as oral warning and still no action on the Police sub Inspector for technical reasons and pending. The so called lady had given wrong address, wrong work place as the man was only working there, the lady and the man are not coming for evidence to prove my innocence and many years police intentionally not calling the CW1 and CW2 and there where abouts are not well because to save the CW1 and CW2 along with thier police department name. So I kindly request you people to help what can be done as the materials obtained through RTI act i.e., the enquiry report, the compensation of Rs.50K and disciplinary action against the erring police officials
