Recovering money from mother

Hi Team, not sure how much detail you need but I'll keep it as brief and concise as possible. My mother borrowed 5 Lakh from me in 2014 to build her house for which I had taken a 5 year loan which she promised she'll pay EMIs for. She was not eligible for loan so I decided to help out. She paid the EMI for about 7 to 10 months but then started complaining about personal issue and asked me to take care of it and said she'll pay back by 2020. I knew she was just manipulating me as she has done all her life as a mother but wanting to be a good son I took on the responsibility and paid the rest of the EMI on my own. In Dec 2020 she sent me 2 Lakh and in a few days again started complaining about things she had to take care of and asked for the money back. Again I fell for it and sent her back 1.72 Lakh keeping about 38000 for myself as I needed it at the time. She promised to send the entire remaining amount (about 4.3 Lakhs) in 2 years i.e by end of 2022. In August 2021, I had finally had enough of it (not specifically for this issue but for numerous other reasons) and I broke off talking to my whole nutcase family and asked to send my money back so I can live my life freely without them. But she has still not sent the money back. When I initiated the fallout with my family I had used profanity for the first time at them including 'Bitch' and 'Go Fuck Yourselves' (Mother and 2 sisters each of whose husbands also left them for other women unable tolerate them). Keeping that in mind, what are my options of getting my money back? And how badly does me using profanity affect my case if at all there is a case?
