Owner Locked the Flat With our belongings inside

I and 3 of my friends are living in a rented flat in Navi Mumbai. The monthly rent is 23k. We are students. We fell behind on two months rent as there were some financial troubles. During our semester break 3 of us came back at our respective hometowns, still leaving our belongings in the flat. The owner came to the flat and locked it asking for vacating it within 2 days. The flatmate who stayed there panicked with this action and did not have the moral support to talk to the agitated owner, as he was doing his internship and nobody was there to support him. So we had to tell the owner that we aren't there and the one flatmate will reach their in 2 days to talk. But the owner kept on saying adamantly to vacate the flat and clear the dues. Because of financial troubles, we asked the owner to cut the 2 months rent from the security deposit of 70k paid to her and that she can pay us the remaining balance if any after deducting other proven damage costs as well. But she doesn't want to do that. She is constantly threatening that she will take legal action if we do not pay the rent first. She is also saying that she will not let us take our belongings unless we pay the rent. We are coming back to the place but we don't have our belongings and she is constantly harassing us with these threats even though she is not at loss as even after cutting 2 months rent she will have 24k left as deposit. Secondly, two of us have not signed the rent agreement as it had to be renewed after two of the previous tenants left the flat mid agreement. Owner knows about all this. The remaining 2 tenants live with the 2 of us and we are still paying the rent to the owner without a renewed contract. If we go by the previous agreement only 2 tenants have signed for it. We 2 are still left. It has been 6 months but the contract hasn't been renewed. We have paid the deposit shares to the previous 2 tenants so whatever deposit the owner would return would be seeked by us. Now please help us by telling us how to get back our belongings. We are not concerned about the security deposit as much as our belongings as we are students. Please help us. Please it has been 2 weeks of mental harassment as we have been requesting the owner to understand the situation but she has constantly refused asking us to vacate in 2 days.
