Reliving issue

Dear Sir, Kindly accept this letter as notice of my resignation from the post of Sr. Officer Marketing at Shree Cement ltd. Hassan effective from 08/12/2023. My last working day of employment will be 07/01/2024. I appreciate the opportunities for growth and development you have provided during my tenure at Shree Cement Ltd. And thank you for your mentorship and support I wish you and the organization continued success. Sir I have requested your approval for the early relieving over the phone call and Email as well but still I have not received any confirmation from your end even though I have agreed for the buyback policy or lieu policy and also surrendering my earned leaves of 40 no’s but still I have not received any confirmation on this. So please kindly accept this 07/01/2024 as my last working day at Shree Cement Ltd at Hassan. And I am handover my company Sim Card and active dealers NOC Letters to Kotresh Sir. I am once again requesting you that please accept the early reliving or adjust the remaining days to my earned leaves 40 Nors pending and if any pending amount is required, please adjust to TADA, LTC, salary and other allowance amount and still any amount pending from my side please let me know the details and I will clear the balance amount ASAP. and please issue the reliving letter. for your Contant and any emergency is required you can please contact the bellow phone number and my mail id I have send this mail communication to chro zh sh and rh but the entire management is telling you have to work for 3 months what can I do now please help me sir.
