Re: minority status to educational institution as per nation

It can be presented as a case study for clarity : X committee members belong to a religion which is non minority community and established an educational institute one in the year 2003 subsequently all changed religion in the year 2008 which belong to minority community and established another second institute. As per rule An Institute established by Minority will get Minority Status, In this case whether Institute one and two both will get or only second one? Whether rules of law permits two legal status for the same entity managed and controlled by same person ? 1. Please provide legal opinion whether a person who has changed his religion from a Majority religion community to Minority Religion Community is eligible to get minority status for the Organizations established by him after change of his religion as per rules, procedures and guidelines, if any of your department 2.Please provide the Guidaninformation whether a person who has changed his religion from a Majority religion community to Minority Religion Community is eligible to get minority status for the Organizations established by him before the change of his religion as per rules, procedures and guidelines, if any of your department 3 Please provide the legal opinion whether a person who has changed his religion from a Minority religion community to Majority Religion Community will lose the minority status for the Organizations established by him after change of his religion as per rules, procedures and guidelines, if any of your department 4.
