Cheating, then blackmailing and forcing for a relationship again!

So, I was in a relationship with this guy for a year and half. It was a long distance relationship, he is from Pune and I, from kolkata. He cheated on me during July/August last year. I broke it off with him, and immediately he started living with the person he cheated on me with and got into a relationship with her. During our relationship he used to help me financially, like he got me a laptop and phone, we had conversations regarding these and had an agreement but it was all just talks no official agreements or anything. And I was about to return when I get a job, rn I'm studying and my family doesn't support me financially that much, so even after our breakup, I couldn't cut him off entirely as he'd deny taking the money back or create scenes. We were in touch, things were kinda intense, my grandma passed, I needed him to be there for me emotionally. That's when he confessed that he still had feelings for me and wanted to comeback and I didn't agree for a relationship but we could be friends I said. I didn't promise him of anything. He said he'd not leave that girl like that, he'd create scenarios so she herself leaves him or whatever. He had been lying to me and lying to her as well. Now I've moved on totally. I was just being friends with him. And I got into a relationship with another person finally. My ex had been begging me to comeback, didn't respect my boundaries, so I had to block him this time. Now his gf, family everyone was calling me and saying he's not well and I should get back with him, if not that then atleast I should come to Pune and make my career over there, kinda forcing me. I denied. So they kinda manipulated me. We had an ugly fight and eventually the incident turned into them blaming me for using him and they told me that I deserved to be cheated on. He was there for me and now that he needs me I'm not there and saying stupid shit! All of then threating me saying if something happens to any of them, him or his gf I would be the one to blame and they wouldn't spare me! He then threatened to ruin me and my life, coming to my house create scenes, he even threatened to ruin my boyfriend's life, he found out about him, where he works and stuff, and literary told me he'd make a phone call and my boyfriend would be vanished, he works there and stuff, his life would be ruined. After a a lot of ugly fights, he demanded his money within a time period and assured me he'd leave me alone, he gave me a number. I, somehow arranged the money and within the time period returned the money and blocked everyone of them! Still he said he might come back and ruin my and my closed ones lives from there itself! The part, him demanding money, assuring me he'd leave me alone, I wouldn't be responsible for anything after that and him threating to ruin my and my boyfriend's loves are all recorded. I've recorded the call. Then returned the money he received and said he might flip that part too I recorded. Can I take action of he does anything?
