Eviction before completion of rent agreement

Hello Sir/Madam My rent agreement has been made for 11 months starting from 1 April 23 till 29feb 23. Before moving in we had made it pretty clear to broker and landlord that kindly do not come with a sudden call that we will have to evict the flat before completion of our lease agreement. And both of them assured. From past 2-4 months my owner decides to sale his flat and started sending his clients for a visit of his flat where we are staying, we cooperated and he assured that we would be asked to vacate the flat after completion of our agreement. He got the client to buy his flat and now he calls us and is asking to vacate the flat, we denied that unless our agreement gets completed we won't be doing that. We have been paying out rent on time and there is no nuisance caused from our end. Now the owner and broker are calling us and asking to vacate the flat. We requested them that its only 2 months left but he denied. We clearly denied that we won't be vacating it and ready to file a case. There's no provision mentioned in cancellation clause and Owner is troubling us for no reason just sake fir his own benefit. Please advise
