Hcl Tech forcing to serve notice period for 90 days or take LOP for remaining days
I joined in Hcl tech.. I was fed up of all the work harrasment that went in. I had informed to the HR as well.. but things went worst .. my manager called me on Nov 20 I was my role is not required in the project. When I asked wat is next with me or wat I should do now my manager replied he doesn't know. Later on Dec 6th I resigned saying about the mental harrasment that happened and behavior that affected my health send how I went in to depression and resigned. I wanted to get rid of the workplace so I asked for a buyout notice period. I requested a lot .. am doing noting am not in right state of mind pleasevrelive me .. but then All 5 leaders including HR and the HR head rejected stating as per the policy you need to serve notice period, ypu can apply LOP for rest of the days. Hence I took a legal opinion and voluntarily resigned on Dec 21. The HR replied they will be taking the HR disciplinary action against Me and consider my resignation as obsconded.
The last firm has sent a legal notice to the company to clear the balance and to give experience and release letters. Now question is HCL will agree and come back and resolve the issue is my concern.
