Pay and relieving letter not received

I joined a startup in November and they terminated my contract verbally on 25th November. I was informed by my manager that I don't have to worry about the remuneration as I will be paid for the work. She told me that the HR would reach out to me for the relieving procedure but I didn't get any update from them. The co-founder who was my reporting manager told me that she would give me clarity on the remuneration and relieving but when I called she simply said that she's busy and won't be able to talk. They have been proposing me multiple dates to discuss but have not given me any update about the remuneration or relieving letter. I signed an offer letter where it was mentioned that they can terminate me anytime in the probation period and not give any compensation. But I have financial commitments and I've spent my money, time and energy working 10-11 hours each day at this place. I feel the need to be compensated for the days that I've worked but I've not received any update till now via mail or any sort of communication over call. Everytime I reach out they just tell me that they'll reach out to me to give clarity. Please suggest what can be done
