Re: Request for legal advice. 1. I have filed an OA in the year 2020 at Armed Forces Tribunal (Principal Bench). 2. The case was listed 24 times in court no 1. 3. Final hearing also took place in length twice in Court no1. 4. Without giving any reason, my case was transferred to Court no 2, after 2 final hearings in court no 1. 5. The date on which it was listed in court no 2, my case was not heard giving out reason that the judicial member is resigning from the next day. 6. When prayed to give a date of next hearing. The court said to mention it to the Bench. 7. However, in the order , it was mentioned to be in Seriatim. 8. Till now, no dates have been fixed for listing. What's the legal rule position that after listing of the case 24 times in court no 1, even final hearing taking place twice in great length in the same Court no1, how has it been transferred to Court no 2 of the same Tribunal without giving out any reason. ----------------------------- A case to be transferred without providing any reason, especially after multiple listings and final hearings in the original court. What are the specific rules and regulations governing such transfers in the Armed Forces Tribunal. Kindly provide advice based on the specific legal framework applicable to my situation.
