Fraud Complain on me from my ex- employer

Hi My Name Rakesh Mishra, I am resident of Bhandup Region Mumbai. I got the complain letter from my ex- employer Thomas Cook India Ltd 15th Nov 2022 Regarding I was done a fraud and need to pay the amount. Now I am going flesh back 4th March 2020 was my last date where I surrender myself total complain amount was 6,48,000 in that 1,48,000 I have taken in my pocket reason for doing this mistake because my mother suffering from cancer and I did that and remaining 4 lacs I made the loss of the company. At the time of surrender I was ask for recovery amount as I myself surrender so they have treated my properly I paid 2 lacs that time where I have sold my wife jewellery. Remaining 4 lacs I ask the company I don't have then company have taken a call we will do something for you don't wrry we will not do any police complain will take care of this. I got the termination letter 23rd August 2020 which is also a settlement letter for me it was clearly mentioned 4th March 2020 is your last working day and 20th August is my termination day mentioned properly as you are good for the company you have promised to return the amount of loss you are done so therefore your last date of termination is 20th August 2020. Now come to first line 15th nov when I mate to police officer he said I show him termination letter with proof 2 lacs I paid through NEFT and remaining loss amount company settled from my salary its clearly mentioned 20th August is my last date for termination they forward this to opposite person who is my manager and 1 more person who is retired police officer working as a employee in Thomas Cook mr.nawekar now this gentleman said if you work till 4th March 2020, so me attendence you have worked with 20th August 2020 as the document which received from company that is typo error you have pay the balance. I was shocked I ask them what the step now they started saying you have to pay the amount otherwise we file the case against you I am alone person doesn't have a idea. 1st may police officer recommend me go and meet this gentleman nawekar personally now when I mate he start toucher me you have to pay 4 lacs otherwise go in jail I was literally crying but he is not ready to listen me. 10th May I went police officer he said let me check he called me nawekar and conveniencing him he said no I need whole loss amount for my company I can't settle this I was worried police officer said do 1 think arrange the money. I said sir I am going my native place for my father treatment I will be back 5th June when I back went in office I got evidence I check my PF it was written clearly I worked Thomas Cook till 20th August 2020 I am all day present there is no absent in pf report i immediately mate police office 10th June 2023. He said let me check. Now today after 6 month 8th dec police officer again calling me please advise what to do I have the evidence in my hand but no support.
