Harassment from Bank

I have taken a loan from one of the reputed banks in India in 2019 I missed on paying the emis due to some financial problems from almost 3yrs. One day suddenly a person calls a senior official of my current employer whom I do not even know also and the person gave my phone number and harrased that person with multiple calls and asked the senior official to contact me. Later the same person who claimes himself to be the Asst Manager from the reputed bank called me also and threatened me that if I do not repay back the loan he will call all the VPs, AVPs and Senior Managers in my office and will make sure that I lose my job and also will damage my reputation as well so that I do not ever get a job anywhere. Every day this person is calling and threatening and yelling at me and forcefully taking committments from me to make payments or else he will call everyone they have the numbers from the bank's data base who work in my company My doubt is I did not provide any of current employer details and neither any of those people numbers whom this bank person has called and harassed I want to know is it legal if banks trace a customers personal data like where does they work and in which bank their salary is credited and which company is paying salary? If yes then kindly let me know why and if not then kindly advise what action can I take against this person and the bank authorities as well.
