I need sabbatical from my employer which is a PSU bank to visit my husband who is in abroad for work

Hi I am working with a PSU bank. My husband got an opportunity to work abroad for 2 years on a work permit and I wanted to accompany him as I have a 2 year old daughter and I have literally no support to manage the child. Moreover my child is very small right now. I took loss of pay for 3 months plus one month PL to visit my husband. After leave got over. My employer asked me to join back and continued by leave without pay. I rejoined back after extending it was 1.5 months . However, due to lack of support for child care and I had to go to office everyday, i requested for another 3 months of lop. I got it and i again used my PL and leave without pay for the visit. I went with proper approval. After the leave got over. I sent a a request for extension by 6 months since my husband project got extended by this duration. My leave was denied and I was asked to join immediately. My office was sending me remindrs to join immediately in every 3 weeks. The disciplinary action rulebook was also formed in the bank. All this was obviously done on initiation by manager ask. My child and husband are abroad and I am alone here. My child is sick without me..obv it's difficult as a single parent. I have rejoined my job but I want leave without pay for atleast 6 months to visit my husband and be there till his assignment is completed as will have to resign from my job. I don't want to resign as the requirement to stay there is till dec 2024. It's a government job and quite stable. As a women I want to stick to my job and rejoin once I come back. Please advice what are could be the best scenario and how can I visit my husband without loosing my job.
