•On Lien from Autonomous body revert back to the parent organization

I am presently working as Assistant professor in Agricultural and Horticultural Sciences University in Karnataka, autonomous organization under the Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of Karnataka . Previously I was working as Assistant Director of Agriculture in Department of Fisheries Government of Karnataka under the Ministry Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of Karnataka. Through proper channel I have obtained NOC from my parent Department and then applied for the post of Assistant professor in Agricultural and Horticultural Sciences University in Karnataka. After getting selected in the said post, I intended to join for the said post and presented my Assistant Director of Agriculture post reliving under KCSR 252B with request for a period of 02 years of lien. My employer relived me under KCSR 252B with a lien of 02 years.” Now, I wish to revert back to my parent organization due to uncertainty of the post in the university (court cases ) and personal grounds. In this situation I have requested my parent employer to revert back my job in the parent department and forwarded my application through proper channel. My Parent Department forwarded my wish to revert application to Principal Secretary, DPAR and Financial Departments, Government of Karnataka for approval/permission to issue joining order for me, in this regard Principal Secretary, DPAR and Financial department officials’ are not given permission to revert back to my parent department and they have given in writing that Lien is applicable only for State Civil service posts no to Autonomous bodies posts since I am working in University which is a Autonomies bodies and though I have given lien and it will be suspended automatically. Is there any possibilities for me to revert back to my parent employer , If possible pls through light on this issues with proper document
