Harassment by Debt recovery agent

I have defaulted on my Personal Loan for more than 3 months and the debt recovery agent is harassing me by coming to office in front of colleagues and even in my absence. The reason for defaulting is due to financial burden incurred due to loss of Mother (March, 2020), Father (Sept. 2020), Mother-in-law (Jan. 2022), Father-in-Law (Sept. 2020). I took loans to repay money from lenders (Relatives & Friends) My father had pledged our flat's papers for a business loan (10Lacs) and post his death this loan remained unpaid leading the loan as NPA. The bank has sent notices and has advertised for auction of the flat. My Brother & I have managed to pay 6 Lacs and still we have to pay back to save the flat from auction as it will leave us homeless. The Debt recovery Agent of Home Credit is harassing me daily to pay the money by coming to my workplace and home. I have told him my inability to pay at the moment but still He is behaving very rudely with my colleagues during my absence and goes to my home and asks my son (11 years) to call me in case i don't answer his calls and he starts shouting in front of kid and society people. Need your help to restrain him from these acts as I am mentally drained due to the lives lost and am stressed to save my flat too. He is forcing me to come to his collection agency office to speak about the payments. Please suggest as early as possible.
