Illegal society work

From last 4 year my terrace flat get leakage and society was not support me for repaire work. so i done water proof every year with my own expense. Society gave permission to one Doctor for open hospital in 1st floor as commercial in residential building. he done bad work with Damaged building structure and hole in building support piller. so many vibration, that's why crack on building wall and my home inside wall also . Doctor ask to society for repaire work start Immediately to hide his illegal wirk.That's why society done structural audit for building repaire. after 15 year. Building need to repaire and they ask 50,000 amount to me. When conduct meeting with contractor and members they agreed for terrace Repaire with 8 inch extra layer and terrace roof (shade ) will be done. but on agreement paper with contractor never mention any terrace repair work on paper. when i ask to them. They told me will do later need extra money if member agree. Why i pay 50000 for repaire if my water leakage problem remain same. They told us if delay payment we take with interest. What i do if society Comity get bulling me and repaire without my problem solve. I have paid monthly maintenance charges timely. building is L type and building tilt problem with society chairman and secretory side, not my side. They ask money for solving there problem, not our terrace person water leakage issue. From last 15 year no any meeting done, No any voting done. old member take society charge as chairman and secretory. If i don't pay they can force me? what i do?
