Dual employment

I accept company A offer letter and join at 15Feb 2023 and next day I received a much better offer that I was negotiating from so many days with another company B, and they gave me joining date of 17 Feb, 2023. But on same day I called Company A HR and inform them about it and also told them I am leaving your company now, As I was a fresher I didn't know the separation policies like we have to send formal resignation and all. And also HR either didn't told me anything. And on 17 Feb I joined Company B. Then after some days Company A HR call me to send resignation email. I asked why they want it now, but they said it's only for documentation perspective so I sent resignation email on 24 Feb. But then they process my resignation and gave me reliving date of 2nd March. And I received salary as well from Company A of 15 days. Hence because of this there is overlap of my employment between two companies for some days. And recently I am switching my job so BGV team is investigating this issue . So please guide what could be the possibility in such scenario? And will it impact my offer letter of Company C
