Format of my name is different in passport and all ids

Respected sir, My name in passport is in correct format which says First name is Sarifuddin, Middle Name Mohammad and Surname is Sheikh. So according to passport it's SARIFUDDIN MOHAMMAD SHEIKH and Father Name as ALAUDDIN MOHAMMAD SHEIKH. While in all other id's like aadhar, pan, voter, educational certificates is SHEIKH MD SARIFUDDIN and Father name as Sheikh Md Alauddin. My birth certificate is SK MD SARIFUDDIN and Father name as Sk Md Alauddin. Note that in all my Father id it's Sk Md Alauddin. Soon I will be applying for job and also going to marry my foreigner fiancee in abroad, I am worried as the format of my name is different in passport and all other documents. Note- I can't make Sarifuddin as my Surname because my father name is Alauddin so Surname must be same. What should I do? 1.Do I need to change my fornat of name in all id's as per passport or an all is one affidavit will work. 2. For marriage abroad, they require birth certificate, so how can I have same name in birth certificate and passport. 3. One more thing is Sk Md short form is expanded in passport too. Please give me a solution so that I won't face any issues.
