Regarding corridors/ common areas in a building

Hello My main door faces the south side theres a huge open balcony to the right of my door and a wall to the left which is approx. 10-12 ft long and then theres our first neighbours ( neighbour A)door that faces west n 10 cm gap then another neighbour.the first neighbour A has her shoe cabinet small bench n pots out that are placed touching the wall . When we placed our cabinet they were against it they kept quiet after i pointed out they have done the same and mine is not an inconvenience to anyone. Now they have renovated their door way. And keep moving my cabinet towards my door. They have killed few of my plants.. still keep ripping them out.. smeared shoe polish on the wall damaged the floor in front of our door during their renovations. Damaged our cabinet also that time. We have never touched their things just twice that too the ply wood pieces that they kept on our cabinet and behind it. So that we wont be able to slide it back. They keep threatening us with we have connections.. this is our society etc etc. is there any solution to this problem? No one on the floor or the building has also complained about our cabinet as majority of the people here have kept theirs out. Please can anyone help
