Axis Bank Hold my Exit and Relieving after serving notice period

Dear Sir/Mam, I was a employee of Axis Bank Ltd and there was bill of entry pending from customer end and their account was opened by me and there was no fraud found. On the last working day due to the argument I had between my manager. He made a case that investigation should take place on those accounts and HR without any written communication held back my exit and also hold my relieving letter and also didn't remove my ID and name from the employee records. It was 26th September 2023 which was my last working day and at 3pm HR without written intimation called and said your exit is hold. Now on 1st Nov 2023 investigation team has submitted the report and when had a word investigation team said it's just the pendency from customer end. Also When I called HR they are still asking to wait as the final report from Disciplinary action committe has to come for the report which was submitted to the DAC committe. But HR had confirmed my Last working day is same and relieving and exit will be proceeded once the DAC committee give their result. I have to submit my relieving in my new bank. What shall I do?? I have supported and waited a lot. And even they are aware it's a matter of ego fight between myself and manager and he did all this by communicating with HR and investigation department as he is senior in the bank.
