Upi related fraud

Respected Sir , I have a small shop of csp center in chotpur colony . On 12th oct a customer came for withdrew his money and he send on my QR of Amount 10090 . and at the next day my paytm account got blocked . I contact paytm about the reason of blocking my account then they said some suspicious activity happen on your account that why your account got blocked. then i again contacted paytm care about the situation what happen then they reply me through mail that. Dear sir we regret to inform you that your paytm account for mobile number [deleted] cannot be activated due to fraud reported by ASSAM Police against TXID / RRN [deleted] for an amount of INR 10090 with transaction date 12/10/2023 04:30pm , Hence you will not be able to use [deleted] on paytm at the moment. Kindly contact with assam police and ask them to mail us on [deleted] with I.O signed and stamped NOC letter in order to unblock your account . Email id - [deleted] kindly help me out from this situation sir , i am begging you sir , i don't know which fraudster has done with me . plz sir help me out of this situation.
