I had filed a case(description given below) with the help of lawyer. No lawyer is asking for more fe

I had filed a case in April 2023 against a women who was calling us for money. That women was one of our relative. We engaged a lawyer and filed a case against her. At the time of case filing my lawyer told that we will only file the case and she will hold the case until that women again calls us and threaten us. She also told that we can hold case for n no. of days.. there is no limit. By listening to her words I thought that now I will be free from all this jhanjhat. At the time of case filing she asked 30000 for court fees and 10000 for her fees and 5000 for notice charge and 5000 to draft papers. Total 50000. Now after 6 months lawyer again called me and asked to pay 5000 more so that she could hold the case for more 6 months. Also I asked her that should withdraw case.. so she said that I had already spend lot of money so by spending a sum or more will only protect me. If in future that women again calls or threaten us by calling us with the help of any police person. Now I have some questions 1. Whether she had filed case or not? So kya vo b. mujhe ullu bana rahi hai (I checked district session court website to check my case status but I couldn't find any case with my name) 2. Is there any provision that case can be hold by 6 months? 3. What is the withdrawing procedure?( TILL NOW NO HEARING HAS TAKEN PLACE) 4. How much my lawyer would charge for withdrawing the case? (Aapko andaaza to ho hi gaya hoga ki meri lawyer kaisi hai) 5. Is there any way to get court fees(30000) refunded?
