Defamation activity done by HDFC Bank for Credit Card and Jumbo Loan recovery

Hi, I had availed Credit Card amount and had taken a Jumbo Loan against the HDFC Credit card during lockdown for an emergency, however I had been paying the EMI for both in time. In the due course, I lost my job (During lockdown) and it was becoming difficult for me to manage the EMI's. Hence I requested them for a settlement for both for which the bank initially declined and then gave false promises that they will process the request for settlement and provide a settlement letter. However till date it's more than 2.6 yrs now that I still have not received any settlement letter from the bank. They have also permanently blocked my credit card and the loan account has been invalidated permanently. In the due course, I had received numerous calls from the HDFC call center for the payment of the outstanding amounts and each time I informed them about the settlement request that was done. Back in Sept 2020, I got a new job but that could only suffice my bare minimum monthly expenses and hence I was firm with proceeding with the settlement. However in August 2021, the bank carried out illegal activity for recovery by contacting my contacts from social media (old school friends, relatives, etc) without any prior notice and defamed me in the society. Since then I have escalated this issue to the senior most authorities with the bank however it was of no use. As a compensation to all the defamation and illegal activities carried out by the bank I have demanded them to clear all the negative impact on my CIBIL score along with a NOC which the bank is reluctant. In return the bank is responding with email and legal notices about the outstanding dues. Also I have been requesting them for the statement for my Credit card and the Jumbo loan which I have still not received in the last 2.6 yrs. The bank has now added interest to both these accounts totaling the outstanding over 2 lakhs. However the outstanding amount back then in 2021 was not that huge and I would have been able to manage to clear this matter. Please guide me how can I resolve this issue.
