How to deal with malecious prosecution

A lady honey trapped me by saying that she is not happy in her marriage and the culture of their in-laws and has 2 daughters she wants to come out of her toxic marriage and wants to live with me after some time I got to know that she is only fooling me and she has no intention to take divorce and using me only for physical needs than I told her that I can not live in this type of relationship than she might talk on our relationship about her husband, I dont know what she told to her husband, he approached police, police called me and arrested me u/s 151 of CrPC they also deleted my call recording, photographs and other evidence of us be in relationship with our consent, I got bail next day, I understood that she had cheated me and she is happy with her husband and tried to move on then after 15-20 days she started to call me, I blocked her, then she sent a common friend to me asking that she want to talk to me last time, she made a vidieo call, she is very clever that she done whatsapp video call that i cannot record , she told me as her husband know about us now he will leave her and if i also not talk to her she will commit sucide, i recorded this video not audio where she is crying and all, i told her ii will continue if she will take divourse she said ok and started to talk me and always told me she doing proceeding but whenever i ask what are you doing for divorse she kept making excuses on 3th march 2020 i told her to take final decision and i will not talk to her untill she takes divorse, on 5th march 2020 she messaged me that his husband had listened our conversation, i asked her than what if you want to divorse what matters if he listened, it means you are fooling me again, his husband came with police on 9 march2020 i was not on shop so he made call and asked me i was harrasing her wife, i told police that she is fooling me and not i am harrasing her i have evidances that she is calling constantaly from last incident , police told me that show my evidances, but i was afraid of last instance that if i go to police station they will again arrest me and delete all evidance so i made a copy of it,my mistake was that next day i went to his home to show evidance, he was already touch with police , as reached thier he called police and they arrested me again and done same, this time they given3rd degree tourcher to me and filed a fake case of 386,354 on me, now case in evidance stage and they are not coming for cross examination. my questions are 1.how and when i can file application of CrPC 340 read with 195 2. when can i file IPC 211 3 when can i file civl and criminal defamation 4. when i can file mislanious charges like criminal breach of trust, IPC120 b 5. what are other charges under which they can be held guilty
