A loan in my name which I have not taken

Sir back in 2020 I got a bank job offer from Hyderabad , the person whom I talked met my friend who was in Hyderabad at that time asked him for a person who is well versed in English so I talked this person of contact on phone and he said I will hand you a job in SBI account opening as I was urgently looking for a job I came to Hyderabad then I met this man and talked about the job he said interviews will happen and you will get the job but you need to hand me the documents like pancard and adhar card to open an zero balance account here in Hyderabad that is mandatory I said ok why would I think twice to open a zero balance account ... After the account got opened this man took more time to put me on job days passes but no news but I couldn't wait any further I took another job in Hyderabad and this man never contacted me again and I came back within a few months before covid blocks but now after three years when I reached back to Hyderabad for work I got a mail regarding my SBI account update in my home branch I have an account in my home when I mailed the bank about my account update they mentioned about the bank account I have in Hyderabad so I went to the bank and asked them for the details as I had no idea that this man already opened my account 3 years back and bank also told me I have a personal loan amount of 7lacs on my name which I didn't knew it ....... So what do I do now Should I tell them I can't repay the loan am surrendering else I won't have any chance but to repay the loan Is there anyway to get rid of this situation please please let me know am in very serious problm
