Ssc selection post essential qualification discrepancy for handicraft promotion officer post

The Office of DC (Handicrafts/Handlooms) & SSC Staff selection commission displays a discrepancy in essential qualifications for two posts in different region. The Technical Superintendent (Weaving and Processing) (Post code: WR-12522 and WR-12622) mandates a degree in Textile Engineering or Textile Technology, indicating the requirement for candidates with technical proficiency to manage the technical aspects of textile production. Whereas Designers as a candidate were rejected for the post Conversely, the Handicraft Promotion Officer post code( ER16622, SR11022, WR-11822 and NR11822,NE11422) in SSC Selection Post Phase 10 for different regions As per the notification, the essential qualifications for the mentioned post are Bachelor's Degree in Design or Fine Arts (Fashion or Textile or Apparel Production) of four years' duration from a recognized University or Institute with one year of experience in the field of handicrafts or cottage or small-scale industry OR a Diploma in Fine Arts (Fashion Design or Textile Design) of three years' duration from a recognized University or Board or institute plus two years' experience in the field of handicrafts or cottage or small-scale industry. So on what basis textile engineer are getting selected in SSC Eastern Region in the Final Result & In the Provisional eligible list for Document Verification in SSC Northern Region/SSC Southern Region & SSC North Eastern Region Considered Essential Qualification & didn’t considered Textile Engineering/Technology Candidates and I have attached the Clarification Reply from National Institute of Fashion Technology for the degree which is a premier institute of Govt of India For Design i.e. B.TECH in textile engineering / technology & B.DES (Textile Design) Degrees are not equal & it is violation of notification and recruitment rule for the HPO post if the office want to fill all the Desired post then firstly Essential Qualified Candidates should get the chance to fill the post
