What Should I do.

We are 3 people who booked a 2 dham travel package of from them from 11 June to 17 June 2023 The package included stay at gaurikund, Kedarnath and Badrinath with breakfast and a 3star hotel. As soon as we reached Kedarnath we tried to contact the coordinator person who will provide our stay at kedarnath. He was unreachable from the moment we start calling him and after some time when the call finally got connected he provided a number of second person who was unreachable too. After reaching Kedarnath top at 4 Pm, after a 12 hrs of trek, we were very tired even two of our member reached their limit to stand at a place, however till 6 pm, we were sitting out in the cold, in temperature of 2 degree, my friend fall sick because of not getting room. After 2 hrs one of their known person came and provided us a room which we came as a shock to us as the room was full of bad smell, water leakage, damp walls, and algae on the walls with wet beds. While seeing this we are forced to urgently booked another room for 1 night for 6000 INR. we tried the travel agency but they stopped picking our calls. We called them more than 50 times but no one picked calls. As seeing this one our friend blocked the payment that was transferred on to his number. The company never informed that they will provide us a 3rd class room. We paid 45000 inr for 4 days. After ending the trip we finally spoke to coordinator, he started threatening me and even asked the driver to leave us on road in between the journey. The driver was nice that he didn’t ask us to get down. After this the coordinator made a bouncer call me. I requested them to sort this at a police station as this is pure cheating. I had 2 females with me, what if something had happened to anyone of us because of them. We were shivering in cold at Kedarnath, no one helped us, no room was booked and The coordinator was threatening us. We have photos of the payment made for another room which we booked in Kedarnath. And the photos of the room we were given by coordinator in Kedarnath.
