If I should seek justice

Respected Revered lawyers, I am a 29 year old girl. I have been in a relationship with a army officer when I was 22. We met in March of 2017, and he got posted out in Sep of 2017. In Sep 2017 before leaving he came to our home to ask my mother for marriage. After this he left the city and in year 2018, 2019 would come to my city just once a year for 2-4 days max. 2020 for the entire year due to pandemic we did not meet. 2021 due to covid my father passed away. He visited us and tried something heinous on me the same night my mother was in hospital with covid i have a chat telling him he "pushed me" and when i could not cater to his needs to which he said he will not do it again. Sep 2021 he told me he will tell his parents for marriage but he kept dilly dallying when i fought he made the parents meet, wedding got fixed but called off two months ahead of marriage. Had a girl in life from 2021 she said he never told her about our wedding being fixed, he calling it off later. Till March 2023 he kept me in dark saying he wants a mandir wedding now only to deny later and casually saying he was just saying what i wanted to hear, sirs i feel very exploited when i confronted him why did he establish physical relationship on false pretext of marriage he said "medically i still might be a virgin" given his medical condition. Sir i got to know about the other lady being in his life only recently. He has always been on dating apps despite being in relationship with me and time and again he would get caught but call it my stupidity i could never see it as a red flag. Sir what aggrieves me is him doing something on the night my father passed away. Either he must have kept me as a time pass thinking my father might not agree for marriage so it will not come to that ever, but after him passing away, my mother was the sole decision maker. His parents never called my mother after fixing marriage, his unit officers say he never told them the wedding date to some whom he did he later lied my mother called off marriage, his bhaiya bhabhi too were not told the wedding date, his bhabhi in sep of 2022 in a call told me they were not doing any wedding preparations, wedding got fixed in april 2022, my family asked for wedding in summers of 2022 he said he has promotion related exam in sep so he will want it later, after exam my mom would beg him to take calls he would not, say after 20-30 calls he would take one call, oct we called his family for engagement he said he does not like wearing engagement ring, dec he called off wedding by putting false allegation on me saying when my father passed away i took all calls but not a call coming from a boy it happened in 2021, he visited us twice after that never said anything but brought it up in dec of 2022, sir we spent lakhs in wedding preparations some refund we did not even get but what is killing me is the sexual expoitation our relation even if long physical meeting was very sporadic pl suggest if i shud seek justice
