Dear Sirs, Please guide me regarding the following issue: 1. The man in question is my colleague, he has installed a camera on his kitchen window, giving plea that he has done this for his house's safety and security. However, I am a divorcee and single women staying in college campus quarter adjacent to his quarter. The problem is that he is recording about my movements (in & out by my car) and the visitors visiting my house (mostly students both male/female). Being single no other person visits my house except my parents and daughter (rarely). Almost 10 years back Institute had already installed a camera covering particular area including my residence but not covering the entire campus. Reason being that one house has been converted into GUEST HOUSE, hence camera was installed to keep a check. That said person also recorded on his personal mobile my activity 2 times, which is submitted with the police when I approached the SHO. Well a local MLA and minister is supporting them so things didn't work for me. Could you shed some light about my rights under RTI/66E, what options are available to me to ensure no recording, dissemination and misuse of my activity/actions captured by his personal camera.
