Hi sir We are from malkajgiri... From past ten years we left our land as open plot. Now we planned to build the house. We are three parties divided the land into 45 sq yards I purchased the land from my uncle. So my another uncle from day one objection that we should not build the house. After we purchase the plot from my uncle. He filed the case.From that day onwards even we also filed the case. We got the injunction order after 3 years after one month. He went for appeal. Now we are constructing the house means he is going to ps filing the case. The police warned him this is civil case you can go through the court only. The next day he went for ghmc. Near cooperator from 4 months he is trying to stop us to construct by creating the false cases. One day me myself with my mom went to see the construction actually we have to go in a common passage the way to reach my house. So his tenants were blocking by keeping buckets washrooms etc I just asked them what's is how many times we have to say... Previous we are not there you utilised now we are coming whats the solution we asked. My uncle he answered that I given to them that's it. Tenant she scolded very rudely to me then my mom and she quarrelled. Tenant herself torn her nighty she went to ps and put the sc st case on me and my mom. I got the notice from acp office. I didn't even use the sc st name how she can file the case no proofs no recordings I have the eye witness from myself. How the tenants use such that cases.
